Vantage Point was formed in 2016 when 2 long time friends Matthew & Grant purchased a 1977 Citroen H Van from France and converted it into a Mobile Bar Van. We started by taking it to weddings, corporate events and small festivals around Wales and quickly saw that the Welsh public loved the retro theme and the quality of what we served. By the end of 2017 we purchased and converted a further 2 retro vans to cope with demand and to allow us to attend larger events and festivals.
By the summer of 2019 we had a fleet of 5 converted Citroen Vans, but COVID-19 and the ban on public gatherings has made us take stock as a business and allow us to reposition our offering. We have spent the last 9 months redeploying our units to offer not only a mobile bar offering but now street food, coffee and cocktails. This allows us to offer a wide range of services for any event in 2021 and beyond. Certainly fit for purpose post COVID-19
We have even turned our storage unit in Oakdale into a functioning street food factory that offers the public the chance to enjoy our street food element 7 days a week to either pick up or have delivered to their home.
We are a nimble business, and no matter what the environment throws at us, we are able to bounce back for the better. So if you are planning a wedding, event, festival, party or corporate function then please get in contact and we can provide a street food, coffee, mobile bar or cocktail van to add the real WOW factor to what you are planning!
